The lands considered conquered by force include the cultivated land (*as-Sawad*), Hul, Nahavand, Ahwaz, Egypt, and the Maghreb (West). Musa ibn Ali ibn Rabah, citing his father, stated that the entire Maghreb is conquered by force. Any place conquered by force is considered endowment property (*waqf*) for the Muslims.
