The lands considered conquered by treaty include Hajar, Bahrain, Ayla, Duma al-Jandal, and Adhruh, which are villages that paid the poll tax (*jizya*) to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). Furthermore, the cities of Sham, with the exception of Caesarea, the entirety of the Jazira lands, and all or most of the lands of Khurasan, are considered conquered by treaty.
