What is the minimum threshold for which Sadaqah (Zakat) is due on produce?

Sadaqah is not obligatory on produce unless it reaches five 'wusq' (plural of 'wasq'). This is established by the Prophet's saying, 'There is no Sadaqah on less than five 'wusq'' (Muttafaq 'alayh).
