What is the rate of Zakat for agricultural produce based on irrigation method?

If the produce is watered by rain or natural springs ('athari), the rate of Zakat is one-tenth (al-'ushr). If it is watered by manual labor or modern means ('unshuw/adawali/nawadh), the rate is one-half of one-tenth (nisf al-'ushr). This is based on the Hadith narrated by Ibn Umar regarding rain and springs, and the Hadith narrated by Jabir regarding rivers/clouds and water raised by the 'Saniyah' (water-lifting device).
