It is obligatory for one paying by weight with heavier grains to be cautious and add an amount ensuring the measure reaches a full Sa'. This standard should align with the Damascus ratl, which is six hundred dirhams, equivalent to one Sa' being one madd and seven-sevenths of a madd (six hundred dirhams). It is sufficient to pay one ratl using the Damascene measurement for all types of staple food, as it exceeds the Sa'.
