What is the ruling when one required animal type for Zakat is fully present while the other is deficient, requiring compensation (Jibraan)?

Primary text
If one required obligation is present fully and the other is incomplete, the complete obligation must be taken first. Compensation is only permissible for the deficient part. This is because compensation is a substitute that requires the non-existence of the original item being substituted. For instance, if the requirement is for Bint Labun and Hiquq, and the owner has five Bint Labun and three Hiquq when only three Bint Labun and four Hiquq are due, the full five Bint Labun must be taken.

If both required components are incomplete, the owner is given the choice of which part to fulfill with compensation, provided the compensation is used to complete the required unit. However, if the owner offers a combination that deviates from fulfilling one required type entirely and substituting the remainder, such as offering three Bint Labun and a Hiquq with compensation when a full set of Bint Labun is available, this is generally impermissible as it constitutes an abandonment of the exact due obligation in favor of compensation when the exact due item exists.
