What is the ruling regarding combining taxable livestock (*Sā'imah*) owned by one person in different locations for Zakah assessment?

If the livestock are in separate distant locations such that prayer shortening is not permitted between them, or if they are gathered closely, they must be combined, and their Zakah is assessed as if they were mixed property (*mukhtalatah*), with no known disagreement on this matter.
