The remuneration from the Zakat share designated for administrators must be paid to the accountant, the scribe, the collector (Hashir), the treasurer (Khazin), the guard (Hafiz), the shepherd, and others who fall under this category of workers. However, the expense for the weigher (Wazzan) or measurer (Kayyal) required for the collector (Sa'i) to receive the Zakat is borne by the owner of the wealth, as this is considered part of the cost of dispensing the Zakat, not the administrator's remuneration from the designated share.
