Primary text
If the recipient of the presumed Zakat payment dies, and a dispute arises between the capital provider and the heir of the recipient regarding whether the deceased recipient was informed of the recall right, the statement of the heir is accepted. The heir must swear an oath that they do not know their predecessor was informed of this stipulation.
