Is Zakah due if the individual's share of the spoils is below the Nisaab?

If the individual's share is below the Nisaab, no Zakah is due on it, unless four-fifths of the spoils, being pastured livestock, aggregate among possessors to reach the Nisaab through combination (Khultah); however, this combination does not extend to the remaining one-fifth share, as Zakah is not due on that portion.
