If the creditors affirm the obligation of Zakat upon the owner, or if it is established through clear legal evidence, or if the owner confessed to it prior to the imposition of guardianship, the Zakat must be paid from the property. If those responsible for the property fail to pay it, they incur the sin associated with neglecting that obligation.
