Does comparing a wife to a specific part of the mother's body constitute Zihar if the comparison is abstract or involves non-bodily elements?

Primary text
If a man compares his wife to a part of her mother's body (such as in the construction of a comparison) or states, 'My [part] is like your mother's [part],' it does not establish Zihar because these elements are not considered the fixed, forbidden parts of the mother. Similarly, comparing the wife to 'the husband of my mother' (زوج أمي) does not establish Zihar because the husband (the mother's spouse) is not described with prohibition, nor is he a permissible object of sexual enjoyment.
