Is the declaration 'My face is forbidden to you like your mother's face' considered Zihar?

The statement, 'My face is forbidden to you like your mother's face' (وجهي من وجهك حرام), is not Zihar. This statement is recognized as common speech used in contexts other than Zihar and does not convey the meaning inherent in Zihar. Therefore, it does not result in Zihar, similar to saying, 'I will not speak to you.' Imam Ahmad confirmed this ruling.
