If a man states, 'You are unlawful to me, insha'Allah, and if Zayd wills,' and subsequently only Zayd wills (but not God), the ruling of Zihar does not take effect. This is because the condition is tied to the concurrence of two distinct wills, and it is not established by the occurrence of only one of them.
