If the husband says, 'You are upon me like my mother' or 'like my mother,' or states, 'You are my mother,' or 'My wife is my mother,' and there is evidence (either explicit intent or equivalent proof) directing the meaning toward Zihar, it constitutes Zihar. This requires either the specific intention or evidence that serves in place of intention.
