Is the ruling the same if the conditional manumission is linked directly to the Zihar event?

If a man tells his slave, 'If I perform Zihar, you are free for my Zihar expiation,' the ruling is the same as the previous case because the manumission is suspended upon the occurrence of the Zihar.
