Is a slave considered foolish (Ahmag), castrated (Khasiyy), afflicted with Rataq (a uterine condition preventing intercourse), or elderly, valid for expiation by freeing?

Primary text

The foolish slave, defined as one who errs despite knowledge, acts without benefit, and sees error as correctness, or one who occasionally suffocates, is valid. Similarly, the castrated, the Majaub (one whose penis is removed), the Rataq, and the elderly person capable of labor are all valid. This is because whatever does not impede labor does not prevent the transfer of the slave's benefits or the completion of legal requirements, thereby validating the freeing of such a slave, just as if they were free from defects.
