Is a statement of 'I am Zihar' or 'Zihar is upon me' without intention considered a valid Zihar?

If a husband states, "I am Zihar," or uses phrases like "Zihar is upon me," or "Haram upon me," or "Haram is binding for me," without any intention (*niyyah*) of declaring Zihar, nothing becomes binding upon him. This is because these phrases are not explicit declarations (*sareeh*) of Zihar, and he did not intend Zihar by them.
