Hadith 9:4
Samurah (RAA) narrated that The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever kills his slave we shall kill him, and whoever cuts the nose of his slave we shall cut off his nose.” Related by Ahmad and the four lmams. At-Tirmidhi graded it as Hasan. Abu Dawud and An-Nasa’i added the following, “and whoever castrates his slave we shall castrate him.” Al-Hakim graded this addition as Sahih.
وَعَنْ سَمُرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ, وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ, وَالْأَرْبَعَةُ, وَحَسَّنَهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ, وَهُوَ مِنْ رِوَايَةِ اَلْحَسَنِ اَلْبَصْرِيِّ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ, وَقَدْ اُخْتُلِفَ فِي سَمَاعِهِ مِنْهُ وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ لِأَبِي دَاوُدَ, وَالنَّسَائِيِّ: { وَمَنْ خَصَى عَبْدُهُ خَصَيْنَاهُ } . وَصَحَّحَ اَلْحَاكِمُ هَذِهِ اَلزِّيَادَةَ
