Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 2:121

Narrated to us Malik, he said: Narrated to us Hafs al-Ahmar, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, he said: "The Adhan should be recited slowly (tartil), and the Iqamah should be followed one part after another (without pause)."
