Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 2:128

Usama narrated to us, from al-Fazari, from al-Awza'i, from al-Zuhri, who said: The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Only the one who gives the adhan performs the iqamah."
