Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 2:165

Ubayd Allah narrated to us, from Isra'il, from Jabir, from Abu Ja'far, who said: I asked him, "If I am alone, [should I perform] the adhan?" He said, "Yes, perform the adhan and the iqamah."
