Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 2:28

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim and al-Sha'bi, they both said: The final [part of the] adhan of Bilal was: "Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, there is no god but Allah."
