Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 2:48

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan and Muhammad, they said: The *tathwib* (calling to prayer) according to them was to say: "Come to prayer, prayer is better than sleep."
