Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 2:75

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Isma'il, from al-Hasan, he said: There is no harm in one giving the adhan while not in a state of purity, and performing the iqamah while he is in a state of purity.
