Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 2:76

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn 'Uthman, from Hajjaj, from 'Ata': That he did not see any harm in giving the Adhan without Wudu'.
