Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 2:97

Muhammad ibn Abi ‘Adi narrated to us, from Ash’ath, from al-Hasan, that he saw no harm in a man giving the adhan and the iqamah while upon his riding beast, then dismounting and praying.
