Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 32:27

Abdullah bin Numayr narrated to us, he said: Hisham bin Sa’d narrated to us, from Zayd bin Aslam, from ‘Ata’ bin Yasar, he said: Indeed, for those who cause despair, there is a confinement; people will tread upon their necks on the Day of Resurrection.
