Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 24:118

Al-Fadl ibn Dukayn narrated to us, from Abd al-Wahid ibn Ayman, who said: I said to Sa’id ibn Jubayr: "You are going to Al-Hajjaj, so watch what you say. Do not say that by which your blood is made lawful." He said: "He is only going to ask me if I am a disbeliever or a believer. I would not testify to disbelief against myself, and we do not know whether I will be saved from him or not."
