Hadith 24:12
Husayn ibn Ali narrated to us, from Za'idah, from Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Asbahani, who said: Abdullah ibn Shaddad narrated to me, saying: Ibn Abbas said to me, "Shall I not amaze you?" He said, "I was one day in the house, and I had taken to my bed for the midday nap, when it was said, 'A man is at the door.' I said, 'He has not come at this hour except for a need; let him in.' He said, 'So he entered.' I said, 'Do you have a need?' He said, 'When will that man be resurrected?' I said, 'Which man?' He said, 'Ali.' I said, 'He will not be resurrected until Allah resurrects those who are in the graves.' He said, 'So he said, "Do you say what these fools say?"' I said, 'Take him out from me.'"
حدثنا حسين بن علي عن زائدة عن عبد الرحمن بن الأصبهاني قال حدثني عبد الله بن شداد قال قال لي بن عباس ألا أعجبك قال إني يوما في المنزل وقد أخذت مضجعي للقائلة إذ قيل رجل بالباب قال قلت ما جاء هذا هذه الساعة إلا لحاجة أدخلوه قال فدخل قال قلت لك حاجة قال متى يبعث ذلك الرجل قلت أي رجل قال علي قال قلت لا يبعث حتى يبعث الله من في القبور قال فقال تقول ما يقول هؤلاء الحمقاء قال قلت اخرجوا هذا عني
