Sharik narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Sa'id ibn Wahb, from his nephew 'Abd al-Rahman: That he heard al-Mukhtar saying, "There remains of the turban of 'Ali only two cubits until he comes." I said, "Why do you lead the people astray?" He said, "Leave me, I am reconciling them."
