Hadith 24:55
Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Radi ibn Abi Aqil, from his father, who said: We were at the door of Ibn al-Hanafiyyah in the Shi'b (mountain pass), and a son of his came out having two braids. He said: "O assembly of the Shi'a, my father sends you greetings." He said: It was as if birds were upon their heads (i.e., they were completely still/silent). He said: "My father says: 'We do not love those who curse much, nor those who are excessive, nor those who are hasty regarding the decree (qadar).'"
