Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:1013

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Abu al-Mu’tamir, from Ibn Sirin, from [Lay’ah], from Mu’awiyah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade riding on silk (khazz) and leopard skins (numur). Ibn Sirin said: Mu’awiyah was not suspected regarding a hadith from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
