Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:112

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, he said: Ubayd Allah ibn Umar narrated to us, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was asked while he was on the pulpit about the dabb (lizard). He said: "I do not eat it, nor do I forbid it."
