Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid bin Harun narrated to us, he said: Dawud bin Abi Hind narrated to us, from Abu Nadra, from Abu Sa’id al-Khudri, who said: A man came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and said: "We are in a land of dabb (lizards), so what do you command me?" The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "A nation from the Children of Israel was transformed into beasts, and I do not know which of the beasts they are." So he neither commanded nor forbade.
