Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:123

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Hisham, from his father, who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about the dabb (lizard), and he said: "I do not eat it, nor do I forbid it."
