Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:148

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid narrated to us, he said: Hisham informed us, from al-Hasan, he said: The polytheists used to come with ghee in their containers, and the companions of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and the Muslims would drink it, and they would eat it, and we would eat it.
