Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:193

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Jahsh, from Mu’awiyah ibn Qurrah, from Al-Hasan ibn Ali, that he was asked about cheese. He said: "There is no harm in it. Place the knife, mention the name of Allah over it, and eat."
