Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:259

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yunus bin Muhammad narrated to us, from Layth, from Yazid bin Abi Habib, from Abu al-Khayr, from Abu Ruhm al-Sama'i, that Abu Ayyub narrated to him from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he said: "Indeed, there is onion in it, so I disliked eating it because of that," meaning the angel. "As for you, then eat it."
