Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:270

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid narrated to us, from Jabir, he said: Bishr ibn Ziyad narrated to us, from Sulayman ibn Abd Allah, from Utrays ibn Arqub, he said: Abd Allah said: Whoever says when his food is placed before him: "In the name of Allah, the best of names for Allah in the earth and in the heaven; with His name, no disease causes harm. O Allah, place in it blessing and healing," that food will not harm him, whatever it may be.
