Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:275

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, he said: Mis'ar narrated to us, from Hilal, from 'Urwah, that when food was placed before him, he would say: "Exalted are You, how excellent is that with which You test us. Exalted are You, how excellent is that which You give us. Our Lord, and the Lord of our children, and the Lord of our first forefathers." He said: Then he would mention the name of Allah, Majestic is His praise, and place his hand.
