Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:28

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Abd al-Malik bin Abi Sulayman, from Abd al-Malik bin A'yun, from Abu Ja'far, he said: Fatima used to perform the 'aqiqah for her children on the seventh day, name them, circumcise them, shave their heads, and give in charity the weight of their hair in silver.
