Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:282

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Hisham, who said: My father would not be brought food or drink, even a sip of medicine, without him eating or drinking it until he said: "Praise be to Allah who guided us, fed us, gave us drink, and favored us. And Allah is the Greatest. O Allah, You have encompassed us with Your favor in every evil, and we have entered the morning and the evening with every good from it. We ask You for its completion and its gratitude. There is no good except Your good, and there is no god other than You, the God of the righteous and the Lord of the worlds. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. There is no god but Allah. What Allah wills. There is no power except by Allah. O Allah, bless for us that which You have provided us, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire."
