Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:375

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya bin Sulaym narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: Ata’ did not see any harm in the *jallalah* (animal that eats filth), that one may perform Hajj upon it, and it may be eaten if the majority of its fodder is other than the *jallah* (filth).
