Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:387

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Shareek narrated to us, from Jabir, from Abu Ja’far, he said: If one is compelled to that which has been forbidden to him, then that which has been forbidden to him is lawful for him.
