Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from ‘Abdullah ibn Murrah, from Abu Kanf, who said: I went with ‘Abdullah until I reached his house. His sons came to him wearing silk shirts, so he tore them and said: "Go to your mother so she may clothe you in something other than this."
