Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Sulayman ibn Mus-hir, from Kharashah, that Umar called for a blade, then he lifted a man's lower garment from his ankles, then he cut what was below that. He said: It is as if I am looking at its fringes dripping onto his heels.
