Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:649

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Salam narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, regarding the saying of the Exalted: "And those who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor stingy, but are between that, a just [medium]." He said: Do not starve them, and do not leave them naked, and do not spend an expenditure about which people say that you have been extravagant in it.
