Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:73

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'adh ibn Mu'adh narrated to us, from Ibn 'Awn, he said: Abu Ramlah informed me, from Mikhnaf ibn Sulaym, that he mentioned standing with the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, at Arafat. He said: "O people, upon every household in every year is a sacrifice (udhiyah) and an 'atirah. Do you know what the 'atirah is?" He said: "It is that which the people call the Rajabiyyah."
