Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-Ahwas ibn Hakim, from Rashid ibn Sa'd, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, commanded the *farq* (parting of the hair) and forbade the *sakiniyyah* (a specific style of shaving or cutting the hair).
